Is a 31-year veteran of the County Clerk’s office, and is currently our county’s Probate Clerk, highly regarded and respected for her professionalism in this capacity.

As a public servant dedicated to our county’s government and the citizens it serves, Mrs. Harrell promises the citizens exemplary leadership and a common sense approach in operating the County Clerk’s office.

Mrs. Harrell and her husband of 30-years, James, make their home in the Christiana community, where they care for their five border collies and five cats, all of which they have rescued over the years. The Harrells attend Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Christiana.
